Privacy policy

The names and details you type are used in your browser to write the message and are never uploaded. We record a few anonymous usage events and the emails people choose to send us.

What we collect

• Usage events: a random visitor id stored in your browser, the page path, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, the country (from the network), a rough device type, and actions such as choosing an occasion, copying a message, downloading a PDF, opening the pricing page or the checkout. The text of your messages and the names you type are not sent.
• Forms: the email address and message you send through the contact form, or the email you enter at checkout.
• Network address: used only to limit how many requests one network can send per day, stored as a salted one-way hash in a daily counter.

What we do not do

• No advertising, no selling or sharing of data, no tracking cookies.
• Your email is used only to reply to you or to send the one message about checkout you asked for.

Saved messages

Favorites and your count of free inserts stay in your browser’s storage on your device. We never receive them.

Spam protection

Forms carry a hidden field that people never see and a timer, and each network can send only a few messages per hour. There is no third-party spam check, CAPTCHA or extra script. Submissions that trip these checks are discarded without being stored.

Third parties

• Cloudflare hosts the site and its database, and may measure page views in aggregate.

Your choices

To have your email or messages deleted, email support@cardmessages.site. Clearing your browser’s site data removes the random visitor id and saved favorites.
